SHIPPING POLICY

Flat rate shipping for all items totaling less than $100 is $7.99.

Once your total reaches $100 before taxes are applied, you are eligible for free ground shipping, but you MUST include the coupon code SHIP4FREE at checkout, otherwise it will automatically charge you $7.99. It is the customer's responsibility to include the code for free shipping redemption. Next day or 2 day shipping are not options for free shipping, only standard ground shipping.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be unworn, unused, unstained, unopened, must not smell of smoke or any other odors, as well as not have any pet hair present. All items MUST be in original packaging, not written on, and with all packaging and bags included.

Decks must be in shrink wrap and unused, without griptape applied. Our manufacturer closely inspects all our decks before they are shipped to us, and we also do a follow up inspection ourselves of every deck before we ship them out to customers. 

Wax, hardware, and bushings must be in original packaging and unopened/unused/unwritten on. 

Griptape must be unpeeled from backing paper and not written on, or cut into whatsoever.

Shirts must still have new shirt smell, not be wrinkled, washed, or shrunken, and be returned sealed in their original clear t shirt bags. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
If you ship back items that fail to meet the return requirements, it is not Elijah Skateboard's financial responsibility to pay for shipping back to you. Therefore, please make sure that your items meet all the qualifications that are required before taking a financial risk, and shipping items back to Elijah Skateboards & Apparel.
